IAMOffer is a social advertising platform where businesses, partners and individuals can post advertisements for jobs, services, products, real estate, car services and local offers. We only provide the space to advertise; we are not a party to any transaction between users.

3 Eligibility and Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.

4 Posting Advertisements

When you post an advertisement, you agree that:

• The information, images and prices are true, accurate and not misleading.
• You own or have the right to use all content you upload.
• Your ad does not violate any law or the rights of any person.
• You will respond honestly to customers and honour the offers you advertise.

5 Prohibited Content and Conduct

You must not post or do any of the following:

• Illegal, fraudulent, fake or misleading ads and offers.
• Adult, abusive, hateful, violent or defamatory content.
• Weapons, drugs, counterfeit goods or any item banned by law.
• Spam, repeated posting, or collecting other users' data without permission.
• Attempts to hack, disrupt or misuse the Platform.

6 Content Ownership and Licence

You keep ownership of the content you post. By posting, you give IAMOffer a non-exclusive, free licence to display, promote and distribute your content on the Platform and our related channels.

7 Moderation and Removal

We may review, edit, reject or remove any advertisement, and suspend or terminate any account, at our discretion and without notice, if we believe these Terms or the law have been violated.

8 Paid Services and Ad Campaigns

Some services, such as ad campaigns or featured listings, may be paid. Prices, duration and conditions will be shown before you purchase. Unless stated otherwise or required by law, payments for services already delivered are non-refundable.

9 User Dealings and Safety

All dealings, payments and meetings between users are at their own risk. We do not verify every advertiser or guarantee the quality, safety or legality of any item or service. Please verify details and take care before making payments or sharing personal information.

10 Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IAMOffer is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from transactions between users or from content posted by users.

12 Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

13 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

14 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Karnataka, India.
